Yes, JMS has a great design process and a full feature Selection Center at JMS headquarters. Clients come into our offices to customize and finalize the details of their new home with our professional one-on-one staff for a complete, innovative custom home process. We work with a range of talented
local architects and welcome the invitations to work with third party interior designers or architects recommended by our clients.

On time delivery and precision scheduling yields a competitive advantage. Our average delivery is 105 days permit to certificate of occupancy.
JMS PROVIDES CONSTRUCTION FINANCING FOR OUR CLIENTS:
JMS obtains a construction loan for you to build your home. As work progresses, your home is
inspected by the lender and payments to vendors are approved and dispensed through the lenders approved Title Company. The Title Company process ensures all deposits and payments to vendors are applied directly to each home. The Title Company issues a Title Insurance binder at closing; assuring our clients that all invoices are paid, this is all part of the JMS value rich process.
Our clients have direct access to the principals (Jeff and Nancy) at all stages of the project. Our after sales services range from assisting in the installation of light bulbs in hard-to-reach areas to selecting furniture and draperies. The leadership and staff at JMS all reside in the Twin Cities. We are proud to have a significant impact enriching the communities in which we all call home.

HOW DO TODAY’S CLIENT SELECTIONS DIFFER:
